DESCRIPTION

Continues in the state machine from a SILC_FSM_WAIT state. This can be called from outside waiting FSM to continue to the next state. This function can be used instead of SILC_FSM_CALL_CONTINUE macro in case the SILC_FSM_CALL was not used. This must not be used if SILC_FSM_CALL was used. This function is used with both SilcFSM and SilcFSMThread contexts.
